• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity.
• Use the voice calling feature for obscene, abusive, or unlawful behavior.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or compromise the app's security.

4. Account Safety & Termination

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account without prior notice if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that harms the community.

5. Intellectual Property

The TalkWide name, logo, design system, source code, and graphics are the exclusive property of TalkWide and are protected by international copyright and trademark laws.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

TalkWide is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
