• Use the voice calling feature for disruptive, obscene, or unlawful purposes.
• Attempt to bypass app security, reverse-engineer, or scrape user data.

4. Account Safety & Moderation

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban any account that violates these Terms or harms the community.

5. Intellectual Property

The TalkWide name, logo, software, graphics, and visual design are the exclusive property of TalkWide and are protected under copyright and trademark laws.

6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

TalkWide is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform.
